Shivering in central hall in Deventer

The building activities in Deventer are having an undesired effect: the freezing cold is slowly coming in. It is eight to nine degrees in the central hall now. The cold air is also seeping into the rest of the building.

The forecasts for the coming days don't bode well, for the temperatures will only decrease. The reception desk in Deventer has been wrapped up in a kind of glasshouse due to the cold. However, this does not turn out to be the solution, as it is only a few degrees warmer in the glasshouse than in the rest of the hall.

The Real Estate Office takes measures to solve the problem of the cold. The hall's connection is checked for a leak. If there is one, it will be sealed immediately.

By creating overpressure in the hall, the outside air has greater difficulty entering the building. The final measure is to place a heater the size of a sea container that should blow hot air into the building. This will be done Tuesday morning.
